What do you see behind your eyelids at night? Do you see me in your tired minds’ sight… I see the scenes that my desire does compose, Of tenderness and love and lovers’ passionate throes. Your image brands my body with a simmering heat, A yearning for your loving is what I seek. I wonderContinue reading “~What Do You See~”

~Flickers~
I present this wonderfully emotional poem written by Brittany Lynn Gilbert. ~Flickers~ Swaying back and fourth so gracefully. You are so small, yet you light up this darkened room. You reflect in my eyes, setting my soul aflame. How I wish I could touch you with no pain. Just to feel your blaze against myContinue reading “~Flickers~”
~Lost In A Crowded Room~
I want to be here and enjoy my time. I want to throw my pleasures across the room. I come so close and then draw back. Knowing pain would be worse if I shared it with the world. My unrestrained thoughts float about my opened mind. Wonder for unexplored planes yield to my search. IContinue reading “~Lost In A Crowded Room~”

~Bare Foot In The Snow~
She strides slow, barefoot in the snow, racing to fast scalding concrete walks. Feet burning low, freezing skin down below, racing to quick arctic mountain peaks. She strides slow, bare-skinned in the snow, racing to breathing hot cavern walls. Feet melting snow, frozen tears down below, racing to screaming fiery nature calls. ©~Jazzi Ryan Ranes~
